1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Yellowstone Wealth Group website and any information, materials, forms, communications, scheduling tools, educational content, or other resources made available through the website.
By accessing or using this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use and the Yellowstone Wealth Group Privacy Policy.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.
2. About Yellowstone Wealth Group
Yellowstone Wealth Group (“Yellowstone,” “Yellowstone Wealth,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates as a multifamily-office platform, strategic coordinator, and professional-services integrator.
Yellowstone works with individuals, families, entrepreneurs, business owners, corporate executives, and domestic and international clients whose financial, business, tax, estate-planning, fiduciary, insurance, legal, and wealth-planning needs may require coordination among multiple professional disciplines.
Yellowstone’s role may include identifying client objectives, organizing planning priorities, coordinating professional resources, facilitating communication among advisers, monitoring project implementation, assisting with administrative execution, and providing ongoing family-office coordination.
Yellowstone’s Coordination Model
Certain professional services discussed or referenced on this website are provided by separate appropriately licensed, registered, chartered, or otherwise authorized professional entities and individuals participating in Yellowstone’s professional network (“Alliance Partners”).
Alliance Partners may include financial professionals, investment advisers, attorneys, law firms, certified public accountants, accounting firms, trust companies, trustees, fiduciary providers, insurance agencies, licensed insurance professionals, corporate-service providers, international fiduciary providers, consultants, and other professional advisers.
Each Alliance Partner is independently responsible for the professional services it provides and for maintaining all licenses, registrations, qualifications, insurance coverage, regulatory approvals, and professional standards applicable to those services.
Yellowstone Wealth Group does not itself provide a regulated professional service merely because that service is described, discussed, coordinated, or made available through the Yellowstone platform.
Where a service requires professional licensure, registration, charter authority, or other regulatory authorization, the service is provided by the appropriately qualified Alliance Partner pursuant to that provider’s own engagement agreement, professional responsibilities, disclosures, and regulatory requirements.
3. Alliance Partners Are Separate Professional Providers
References to the “Yellowstone Alliance,” “Alliance Partners,” “professional network,” “ecosystem,” “strategic alliance,” or similar terminology describe Yellowstone’s coordinated professional-services model.
Such terminology does not, by itself, establish a legal partnership, joint venture, professional partnership, employment relationship, agency relationship, or shared professional license among Yellowstone and the participating Alliance Partners.
Each Alliance Partner remains responsible for its own services, advice, recommendations, work product, professional judgment, regulatory compliance, acts, and omissions.
Unless expressly provided in a written agreement, Yellowstone does not supervise or control the professional judgment of attorneys, CPAs, investment advisers, trustees, insurance professionals, or other regulated professionals.
4. Separate Engagements May Be Required
A client may have:
- a Yellowstone coordination or family-office engagement;
- one or more separate professional engagements with Alliance Partners; and
- relationships with third-party custodians, banks, insurance carriers, investment platforms, trust companies, attorneys, CPAs, or other institutions.
Engaging Yellowstone does not automatically engage an Alliance Partner.
Similarly, an introduction to an Alliance Partner does not guarantee that such provider will accept an engagement.
Professional services may require separate engagement letters, contracts, disclosures, regulatory forms, suitability or eligibility reviews, conflict checks, underwriting, know-your-customer procedures, or other documentation.
5. No Professional Relationship Created by Website Use
Accessing this website, submitting a contact form, sending Yellowstone an email, scheduling a meeting, receiving general information, or participating in an introductory discussion does not by itself create:
- an attorney-client relationship;
- an accountant-client relationship;
- an investment advisory relationship;
- a broker-client relationship;
- a trustee-beneficiary relationship;
- a fiduciary relationship;
- an insurance producer-client relationship; or
- any other regulated professional relationship.
Such relationships arise only through appropriate written agreements with the relevant professional or regulated entity.
6. No General Fiduciary Relationship With Yellowstone Wealth Group
Yellowstone Wealth Group’s role as coordinator does not, by itself, create a fiduciary relationship.
Certain Alliance Partners may owe fiduciary duties when required by their professional role, governing law, regulatory status, or separate engagement agreement.
Any fiduciary responsibility applies to the specific professional or entity that assumes that responsibility and should not be attributed automatically to Yellowstone Wealth Group or to every member of the Yellowstone Alliance.
If a Yellowstone-affiliated entity separately assumes a fiduciary responsibility pursuant to a written agreement and applicable law, the nature and scope of that duty will be governed by that separate relationship.
7. No Legal Advice
Yellowstone Wealth Group is not a law firm.
Information concerning estate planning, trusts, asset protection, corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, succession, contracts, governance, business law, tax law, probate, compliance, or other legal matters appearing on this website is general educational information only.
Yellowstone may identify potential legal issues and coordinate with legal counsel, but legal advice, legal opinions, preparation of legal instruments, and legal representation must be provided by appropriately licensed attorneys.
Legal services coordinated through the Yellowstone network are provided by the applicable law firm or attorney under a separate professional relationship.
Communications sent to Yellowstone Wealth Group are not automatically protected by attorney-client privilege merely because an attorney participates in the Yellowstone Alliance.
Do not send information to Yellowstone under the assumption that an attorney-client relationship or legal privilege has been created.
8. No Tax, Accounting, or Audit Advice
Yellowstone Wealth Group is not a CPA firm or accounting firm.
Website information discussing taxes, accounting, financial reporting, audits, tax compliance, entity taxation, retirement-plan taxation, estate taxation, international tax matters, or similar topics is general educational information.
Tax, accounting, audit, and related professional services are provided by appropriately licensed or qualified Alliance Partners pursuant to separate professional arrangements.
Clients should rely on their CPA, tax attorney, accountant, or other qualified tax professional for advice concerning their specific circumstances.
9. Investment and Securities Disclaimer
Yellowstone Wealth Group does not, merely through this website or through its coordination role, provide individualized investment advice, securities recommendations, portfolio-management services, brokerage services, custody services, or securities transactions.
Nothing appearing on this website constitutes:
- an offer to sell a security;
- a solicitation of an offer to purchase a security;
- a recommendation to purchase, sell, or hold a security;
- personalized investment advice;
- a promise of investment performance; or
- an offer to provide investment advisory services in a jurisdiction where such activity would be unlawful.
Where investment advisory, portfolio-management, securities, brokerage, or related financial services are required, such services are provided by appropriately licensed or registered professionals or entities under separate agreements and disclosures.
Investments involve risk, including possible loss of principal.
Past performance does not guarantee future results.
No investment strategy can assure a profit or protect against all losses.
10. Trust and Fiduciary Services Disclaimer
References to trusts, trustees, trust administration, Wyoming trusts, private trust companies, directed trusts, dynasty trusts, fiduciary governance, offshore trusts, international trusts, or similar structures are provided for informational purposes and to describe services that may be coordinated through appropriately qualified providers.
Yellowstone Wealth Group itself does not serve as trustee, trust company, custodian, or regulated fiduciary merely because it coordinates trust-related services.
Trustee and trust-company services must be provided by an entity or individual legally authorized to perform those services in the applicable jurisdiction.
Trust arrangements are subject to applicable law, governing instruments, tax rules, regulatory requirements, and individual circumstances.
No trust structure can guarantee asset protection, tax savings, privacy, or a particular legal result.
11. Insurance Disclaimer
Yellowstone Wealth Group is not an insurance carrier.
Insurance products and regulated insurance services may be provided through appropriately licensed Alliance Partners, insurance agencies, producers, brokers, and carriers.
Insurance availability, pricing, underwriting classification, coverage, exclusions, benefits, guarantees, and claims are determined by the applicable carrier, contract, and law.
Any guarantees associated with an insurance product are subject to the claims-paying ability of the issuing insurer.
12. International and Cross-Border Matters
Yellowstone coordinates professional resources for clients with international assets, businesses, family relationships, citizenships, residencies, beneficiaries, investments, or other cross-border considerations.
Laws relating to taxation, trusts, succession, securities, corporations, reporting, beneficial ownership, insurance, residency, immigration, asset protection, and financial regulation differ materially among jurisdictions.
No website information should be considered legal, tax, financial, fiduciary, or regulatory advice for a particular country.
Where jurisdiction-specific advice is required, Yellowstone may coordinate with appropriately qualified advisers in the relevant jurisdiction.
The availability of a service described on the website may depend on the client’s jurisdiction, residence, citizenship, regulatory status, and other circumstances.
13. Financial Planning and Educational Information
Yellowstone may assist clients in organizing financial information, establishing priorities, evaluating planning considerations, coordinating scenario analysis, or developing an overall planning framework.
Unless expressly stated otherwise in an engagement with an appropriately registered provider, information provided by Yellowstone is intended for coordination, educational, organizational, and strategic planning purposes and should not be treated as individualized regulated investment, legal, accounting, or tax advice.
14. Client’s Existing Advisers
Clients are not required to replace their existing attorney, CPA, financial adviser, insurance professional, trustee, or other professional in order to work with Yellowstone.
Where authorized by the client, Yellowstone may coordinate with existing advisers.
The client remains free to select, retain, replace, or decline any professional provider.
15. Professional Referrals
Yellowstone may identify Alliance Partners or other third-party professionals whom Yellowstone believes may be relevant to a client’s objectives.
An introduction or referral is not a guarantee of performance, outcome, availability, pricing, licensing status in every jurisdiction, or appropriateness for every engagement.
Clients should review the professional’s qualifications and engagement terms before retaining that provider.
16. Fees, Compensation, and Potential Conflicts
Yellowstone may charge coordination, family-office, project-management, consulting, implementation, administrative, or other fees pursuant to a written agreement.
Alliance Partners may charge separate fees for their professional services.
Yellowstone and participating firms may have business relationships with one another.
If Yellowstone receives material compensation, referral compensation, revenue sharing, or another economic benefit relating to the selection or recommendation of a particular provider, product, or service, such arrangements will be disclosed when required by applicable law and professional obligations.
Clients should review all applicable engagement agreements, disclosures, and compensation information before proceeding with a transaction or professional engagement.
17. No Guarantee of Tax, Legal, Investment, or Asset-Protection Results
Strategies involving financial planning, investment management, trusts, estate planning, retirement plans, insurance, taxation, business structuring, asset protection, or cross-border planning depend on individual circumstances and changing laws.
Yellowstone makes no guarantee regarding:
- investment returns;
- tax reduction or tax treatment;
- asset protection;
- creditor protection;
- trust effectiveness;
- estate-tax outcomes;
- business profitability;
- financing;
- insurance underwriting;
- regulatory approval;
- legal outcomes;
- immigration or residency outcomes; or
- any other specific economic or professional result.
18. Website Information
Yellowstone attempts to provide useful and current information, but laws, regulations, financial markets, tax rules, products, professional requirements, and business conditions change frequently.
Website information may therefore become outdated.
Yellowstone does not represent that every statement on the website is complete, current, error-free, or applicable to every client.
Users should obtain individualized advice before acting upon information concerning significant financial, legal, tax, fiduciary, investment, insurance, or business matters.
19. Testimonials and Client Experiences
Testimonials, client statements, case descriptions, endorsements, or descriptions of client experiences appearing on the website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another client will experience the same or similar results.
A testimonial does not necessarily represent the experience of all clients.
Where disclosure of compensation, conflicts of interest, client status, or other information is required by law or regulation, Yellowstone or the relevant professional entity will provide the required disclosure.
20. Website Consultation Requests
A request for a consultation constitutes a request for Yellowstone to contact the individual to discuss Yellowstone’s services and determine whether Yellowstone or an Alliance Partner may be appropriate.
Submitting a request does not guarantee acceptance of any engagement.
Yellowstone and its Alliance Partners reserve the right to decline a prospective engagement.
21. Information Submitted to Yellowstone
You represent that information you voluntarily provide is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorized to provide it.
Unless Yellowstone specifically directs you to a secure portal or transmission method, do not transmit highly sensitive information through ordinary website forms or unsecured email, including:

22. Electronic Communications
Email, website forms, text messaging, video conferencing, electronic document transmission, and other electronic communications involve inherent security and delivery risks.
Unless separately agreed, Yellowstone cannot guarantee that ordinary electronic communications will be encrypted, error-free, uninterrupted, or immune from interception.
Clients should use a secure portal or other secure transmission method when requested.
23. Third-Party Websites
This website may include links to Alliance Partners, financial institutions, government agencies, custodians, professional firms, social-media platforms, educational resources, or other third parties.
Yellowstone does not control independently operated third-party websites and is not responsible for their content, availability, cybersecurity, terms, or privacy practices.
A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement.
24. Intellectual Property
Except where otherwise indicated, website content—including Yellowstone’s name, logos, branding, graphics, written materials, proprietary processes, presentations, diagrams, methodologies, and other content—is owned by Yellowstone or used with permission.
Website content may not be reproduced, republished, distributed, commercially exploited, modified, or used to create derivative works without permission, except as permitted by applicable law.

26. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Yellowstone makes no warranty that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or suitable for a particular purpose.
Nothing in this provision limits rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
27. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Yellowstone Wealth Group and its owners, officers, employees, representatives, and affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting solely from use of, inability to use, or reliance upon general information contained on this website.
This website limitation does not alter any obligations arising under a separate written client engagement.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
28. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, users agree to hold Yellowstone harmless from claims arising from unlawful misuse of the website, unauthorized access attempts, infringement of Yellowstone’s intellectual property, or material violation of these Terms.
29. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Unless a separate written agreement provides otherwise, disputes relating solely to use of this website shall be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
30. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.
31. Changes
Yellowstone may update these Terms periodically.
The revised Terms will be posted on the website with an updated effective or revision date.
